Dr. Matt Mullins

Dr. Matt Mullins is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Lititz community.

Dr. Matt Mullins has been freeing people from pain in his clinic since 2005. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Mullins is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients.

Dr. Mullins uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Mullins is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Qualifications:
Dr. Matt Mullins is the CEO, Founder and Clinic Director at Chiropractic 1st. He attended West Virginia University and received his degree in Exercise Physiology from the School of Medicine in 1997. While a student at West Virginia University he was an intern at HealthSouth Rehabilitation as strength and conditioning coach. Dr. Matt then graduated from Life University in 2002, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Along with his Chiropractic license, Dr. Mullins holds a license in x-ray as well as an adjunctive license in physical therapy. After working as an associate doctor in Pittsburgh he decided to start his private practice in Lancaster County in 2005.

Dr. David Simmons

Dr. David Simmons is an associate doctor at Chiropractic 1^st. He earned his degree in Natural Science in 2006 from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Dave then graduated Cum Laude from Texas Chiropractic College in the spring of 2009. Along with his chiropractic degree, Dr Simmons was also recognized by the Omega Psi Honor Society of Texas Chiropractic College for scholastic excellence. After graduation Dr. Dave continued his education in exercise and is a certified personal trainer. Dr Simmons also holds a license in X-ray as well as an adjunctive license in physical therapy. After practicing as an associate for another chiropractor in the Pittsburgh area, he relocated to the Lititz area and is now an associate doctor with Chiropractic 1^st providing chiropractic wellness to the surrounding communities. Dr. Jessica Krishnakumar

Dr. Jessica Krishnakumar is an associate doctor at Chiropractic 1^st. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at the State University of New York at Potsdam in 2007. She then received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in the fall of 2010. Throughout her entire college experience Dr. Krishnakumar was consecutively named to the Dean and President’s List for academic achievements. She has training in cervical and thoracic spine analysis and technique through the Motion Palpation Institute. She also holds an adjunctive license in physiotherapy as well as x-ray . After graduation Dr. Krishnakumar relocated to the Lancaster area and became an associate doctor at Chiropractic 1^st. She is dedicated to helping patients reach and maintain their optimal level of health.
